Rub with emery paper to remove loose particles.
Dilute R-Two with 10-20% of MTO.
Mix well and apply one coat with brush.
Allow to dry for 4-5 hrs.
Surface is ready for top- coat of enamels (Xylo's Pro/ Matty).
